Terms of Service: Nourish with Satyam

The following terms govern all professional services provided by Satyam Singh ("Me" or "My") under the brand Nourish with Satyam, owned by ATHP Sports & Nutrition Private Limited. You or Client refers to the service user. By booking services with Nourish with Satyam, you agree to these terms, as outlined below.

Services

These terms, along with the Booking Confirmation email, form the contract between Nourish with Satyam and the client. Services may be delivered face-to-face or remotely, subject to availability. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking details. Services are confirmed only upon receipt of a Booking Confirmation email. Any changes to the services will be communicated promptly, and clients may cancel their booking if changes are significant. Nourish with Satyam reserves the right to refuse services or cancel appointments, with refunds provided for services not yet rendered.

Service User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and arrive on time for their appointments. Failure to comply with recommendations or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without a refund. Clients are responsible for following the advice provided and seeking further medical assistance when necessary.

Cancellations by Client

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will incur a 100% charge. Clients who book online are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under statutory rights, with a full refund, unless services have already been rendered during this period.

Cancellations by Nourish with Satyam

Nourish with Satyam may cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds provided for services not yet delivered.

Complaints

Clients may contact Nourish with Satyam directly to resolve any issues related to services. If unresolved, complaints may be escalated to the relevant authorities. Refunds or price reductions may apply if services are not provided as agreed.

Price and Payment Terms

Prices for services are outlined in the Booking Confirmation email and must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the appointment. Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings. Additional services beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

Data Protection

Nourish with Satyam complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations. Client confidentiality is ensured unless disclosure is legally required.

Digital Products

All digital products (e-books, guides) provided by Nourish with Satyam are non-refundable. Clients are granted a non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

The services provided under Nourish with Satyam are owned and operated by ATHP Sports & Nutrition Private Limited.
