About Satyam M.S. ANutr

With over six years of experience in health and wellness, and an MSc in Sports & Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster, London, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people find balance with food and fitness. My own journey from strict dieting to the freedom of intuitive eating has deeply shaped how I approach wellness today. I’ve been where you are—counting calories and stressing over every meal—until I found peace with food. Now, I’m passionate about helping others break free from diet culture and discover a sustainable, joyful way to live.

By promoting intuitive eating and the power of whole foods, I guide you to nourish your body naturally, without reliance on supplements. I tried all the diets, but nothing ever worked. I found myself stuck in a frustrating cycle of regrets, feeling defeated.

I’ve been through it all—from the 7-meals-a-day gymbro diet to high-fiber, zero-fat plans. I meticulously measured every gram of food and stuck to boiled chicken and rice. But despite my efforts, my relationship with food suffered. I avoided social gatherings just to stay away from eating out, which deeply affected my friendships and relationships. Stuck in the cycle of restrictive dieting, I felt miserable about how it was impacting both my well-being and the people around me.

Fast forward to today

  I’ve healed my relationship with food and body, proving it’s possible after all. Now, as a Nutritionist, I use my personal experience and expertise to help people like you feel comfortable and in control around food too.
